Delta Coaches is unprofessional

The bus was scheduled to leave at 13:20 from Capetown to Joburg yet on arrival at the station we were told the bus didn't have enough people so it would leave at 18:00.

The "luggage terms" on the website are that you get 2 free 20kg bags yet at the station I was told I only get 1 15kg bag free and I have to pay R10K per extra kg. I was told the terms only apply to cross border yet there is nothing of the sort on the online booking platform.

Eventually the bus left at 19:15 from Capetown to Joburg. At Hanover we were exchanged into another bus that had no usb charging ports, again contrary to what was advertised.

The customer care is absolutely appalling. The one bus was so cold because the AC doesn't turn off.

I wouldn't recommend this bus to anyone.
