Delta Coaches is a total ****!

We booked the bus from Park Station in Jhb to East London. The bus was overbooked. We paid for seats for our children but they weren't allowed to sit on their own. Then they stopped at very shady stops on our way down. We booked return tickets to return this afternoon and the bus didn't even show up at The Windmill in East London. We received no service from the lady in Jhb when we wanted to cancel one ticket. She only took a photo of my email and said they will be in contact. This is the worst service and a total fkn **** of a bus service. Our tickets was for Friday the 13th of June 2025 and return the 15th of June 2025.
