Delta coaches is a nightmare

I just want to say what a ****ty bus Delta is, had to go back home after waiting for 4 hours, in the wee hours of the morning. The bus was scheduled to leave at 11:05 pm shame I waited with my children until 02:00 in the morning no sign of the bus or any sort of communication from their side, their listed contact are either on voicemail, doesn't exists or should they hear your enquiry theis hung up. I had to re-book a different bus. I just checked other reviews regarding this bus they are also bad, I think this bus should be put out of business. I doubt if I will get my refund.
