Delta coaches is a ****

Booked Delta coaches from bloemfontein to Mthatha for 2/10/2024 @ 23H00, the bus arrived at 2am and the drivers said the bus is full and left us behind, i dont know what kind of **** this is but i want my money. Had an urgent reason of travelling now im stuck in bloemfontein.. can i please get my refund
