DELTA COACHES IS A ****!!!

I bought a ticket at pick and pay on the 6th August 2024, it was from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg, I was to travel on the same night @ 23:55. I got to tourism centre an hour before, the other people and I waited the whole night in the cold until the following morning, the bus did not come. I made other arrangements to get to my destination in the morning. I called pick and pay for a refund, unfortunately they say they are not liable and that I must contact the bus company. I tried to call the numbers they have provided on the receipt and those on the website, they either ring with no answer or are not working. Guys, please do not use this bus company, it is a ****, I wonder why the department of transport is not doing anything about this bus company because people are crying about it. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DELTA COACHES IS A ****!!!
