Delta coaches doesn't stick to schedule, bus(es) in bad shape, service appalling

Delta coaches bus scheduled to leave Bosman Station Pretoria for Cape Town at 11am on the 14th of December 2023 delayed departure by at least 7 hours. Enter Park Station we'd to board another Delta coach - aircon not working the door had to remain open for the duration of our ill fated journey. Suspension was in bad shape we felt every little bump on the road and couldn't sleep a wink. As if that wasn't enough the bus broke down 70km from Laingsburg. The bus crew didn't provide any answers to go by - we were stranded and had to make own plans using own means to complete the journey. I'm so so appalled with the Delta coaches service.
