Delta coaches disappointed me

I had very bad experience with this bus, very horrible I tell you that it makes my body shake. I booked a ticket for a specific date, we waited for 30 minutes or so then they decided to tell us that it has been rescheduled for the next day, I struggled to go back home as it was in the evening. I wrote them an email telling them that I was canceling the ticket as I would no longer be traveling to my brother’s funeral, they never responded to my email. This shows the amount of ignorance they possess.
