Worst travel experience of my life. Booked return ticket from Midrand to Queenstown. Bus was 3.5 hours late on departure and 4.5 late on return. Going to Queenstown we were made to get off the bus when it arrived at Park Station and stood in the cold for over an hour while waiting for another bus. There's no communication from Delta in delays, numbers on their website do not go through. On return when we arrived at Park Station we were told to get off the bus and walk to another bus, the walk was 10 minutes and we had to carry our own luggage. By far the most uncomfortable and scariest travel experience
