Delta Coaches complaint.
We have been waiting for the buses from Belville to Mthatha 19:05 and going to East London 18:25, the contact number that is on the ticket it is not working what kind of business are you running? If you cannot offer right services just close down your company. You could have at least communicate with your clients that there’s a problem with your buses and we at RV trying to call and cancel get another transport because we are going to work you’re inconveniencing us.

08 Jul 2025, 19:11This company should be closed down the bus from Belville 6 June 2025 19:00 it came at 00:00 no apologies we had to wait on the cold rainy day, on our way by Beaufort West it broke down @05:00 am we stayed there until around 14:00 we thought they will bring a better bus but no at all we risked our lives there were ladies with small children there. The bus was extremely cold and guess we got to Ultra City Mthatha @ around 02:45 am. I felt so worried about other passengers who going outside Mthatha there was no transport at that time maybe they were dropped off at the police station with their small infant babies and luggage’s.
