Delta Coaches cancels whole trip, no refund

Yesterday 28/03/2024 bus that I'd booked was scheduled to depart Bosman Pretoria for Cape Town. Right at the instance of 'scheduled departure time' got an SMS (see below) that our trip was postponed to the following day same time. No refund, no recourse. The Bosman Delta office staff was arrogant and unhelpful.

You were at fault Delta Coaches, why not reimburse our fares.
