Delta Coaches Bus Drive gone totally WRONG❗❗❗❗

We simply waited for more than 24 hours despite the driver telling us that someone will help us. First issue was that the bus driver ignored the problem with the bus engine at the start of the trip from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The bus stopped a lot in the middle of the road due to this. Suddenly nothing would work in the bus and we were stuck with out any supplies, like water or food!! Then we were told that a mechanic will arrive and fix this issue with the engine in circa 30min. It was already more than an hour passing while we all waited. Then the mechanic came and couldn't fix it?? I don't blame him something must have been missing in that bus from the beginning. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere near Bloemfontein and multiple people were contacting the hotline without any success. People were using their airtime to help us get out of the situation.The mangers and the employees were called but the calls were often ignored or dismissed until one person pressured them by telling this to the news that if we don't have an extra bus arriving. Then the company said that the extra bus would come in circa 30min. We were stuck. People were scared and fighting due to the stress. Some even hitchhiked to get to the destination faster. There were children and their mothers waiting for the bus to drive. We all were hungry. This is irresponsible.How come that there is nothing happening until someone will expose this company to the world???
