Delta coaches Bad service

Delta coaches, may you never see heaven. May you rot in hell. You've made my life so difficult today after trusting you with my trip. We booked a bus scheduled for 12 Dec to depart at 16:10 and when we got at station we were told that the bus is delayed and will leave at 21:00, 5 hours of my time is wasted by Delta. I asked the guy who works there to take me through of refund but he was quick to tell me that no refund. And the guy is so rude he doesn't have customer service at all. I'm so disappointed and hurt at the same time. I had to buy new tickets from Greyhound with money I dont have. I need my refund.
