Delta Coaches A No Go Area!!!!

Very bad bus service. Cheap is honestly expensive. My husband was supposed to travel back to JHB today and to his nasty surprise he gets to his departure place no sign of bus and people, when we call offices the lady calmly says "there are no busses today" But why is Delta still in operation WHAT A ****!!!! AND THEN THE LADY SAYS WE DO NOT REFUND PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAP USELESS SH***
