Delta coaches

Greetings We always make bad reviews especially on the affordable, low income bus services. But today I would like to commend Delta buses for the exceptional services I got from lady named Thandi who works for Delta buses. I unfortunately had to change bus dates due to unforseen circumstances while in the Eastern Cape ( struggling with network). Initially booked for 31 December 2024 but had to change to the 4 January 2025. They do not have an office in King williams Town, but I found an email adress on line. Ohh Thandi was such a sweetheart in the ticket change, you could sense the kindness and hospitality on the emails. Buses were changed swiftly. Thank you Thandi for great services.
