Delta coaches

i book Delta coaches for the 21st of March 2025 from Cape Town (18:00)to Pretoria. Their informed @ 14:30 that the bus will be leaving at 16:00 for me to drive to cape town station its more than two hours apparently their have a back up bus i don’t even know the name of the bus their work with, that bus was suppose to leave at six but it came very late at 20:00

Now they are saying the last stop is Johannesburg its not going to Pretoria. Poor service am very disappointed
