Delta **** Coach registration JYL 319 EC that was suppose to depart 17:05pm on the 4th of May 2024 from Pretoria (Bosman) to Capetown and departed later on during the night after 5 hours full of lies, unrespectiful, rude, unprofessional and confusion. 1st things first, you selfishness risked passenger's lifes, you overloaded the bus that is why you bypassed the weigh bridges by taking through a very long route from Colesberg(N9) - Middleburg(N9) - GraafReinet - Aberdeen and finally R61 to Beaufort West, no drop off happened.

At Johannesburg Parkstation, driver took the bus in to motion while the loaders where still busy in that **** dirty bunkers like he was using the mirror to do his makeup. Now my bag and my food, Delta employees refused me to get in with my 40cm x 30cm x 15 cm into the bus and he even pushed me when i was telling him why when the bag is small, but he still claimed "it was big"

They threw my newly bag in to the dirty bunker, surprisingly they did not want to offload it claiming that it was behind the lagguage that was overloaded the bus, they said i have to follow my small bag the following day.
