Delta Coach is the worst

Delta Coaches is the worst transportation services ever. They shouldn't be operating at all if there was a rating for 0.0 I would rate them that because they don't deserve my 1 star rating. Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have been waiting for Delta bus to arrive in Port Elizabeth since 19:00 bus was suppose to departure at 20:30 it's 07:25 I'm still waiting, whole 12 hours. There was no communication that the bus is going to delay. I'm suppose to be in Cape Town but in stuck here, it's freezing outside they don't have offices, their numbers dont work. Like why are they operating I want my refund infact I demand my refund because this is UNACCEPTABLE ! i literally watched the sun rise in Gqeberha. Delta Coaches should STOP operating we can't be sealing with *********** people who have no time management skills and communication skill. What type of business Is this hai TSEK maan nx
