Poor service, Arrogant Drivers, actually there's no professionalism in that bus service company, no plan, drivers talk to passengers as they please.

They even tried to leave a lady in Pietermaritzburg And Told me to never book their bus

The incident happend on the 2nd of October Wednesday.

The bus from Eastern to Johannesburg.

They sent us messages about the taxi strike and ask passenger's to go to another destination, and cells phone given were not working,

There was no explanation from drivers it was business as usual, while customers overspent their budget.

I hate that bus service, if you want to book that bus please think twice, I would rather go to the taxi if it's the only bus on the route 🤞
