Cancel Delta Coaches in South Africa

We booked the bus from King Williams Town to Cape Town for 12 July 2024. The bus was posted to 13 July via sms while we were already waiting for three hours. On 13 July we waited and it never came the whole day. Sunday 14 July we went back and it never came and we slept there waiting the whole night. None of their calls is being answered. There are no offices for their buses here. After seeing several reviews of this nature, can we please get this bus to be removed from all the booking platforms. We cant go on like this.
