Call for DELTA COACHES to be banned

Delta coaches should be removed from commercial transportation as most of the processes that they adopt are in contravention of the South African Consumer Act and I am not surprised as it is a Zimbabwean company I wouldn't be surprised if they contribute nothing to the South African economy. If there's a Transportation Ombudsman I am they would not be able to charge them with anything cause they are *******ly trading. We were suppose to travel from Mthatha to JHB on Wed 3 May 2023...the bus had gear problems the whole way and finally gave in when we were in Bloemfontein at 03:00am we were informed that they are sending bus from JHB to pick us up...we waited and were only informed that the bus was dispatched at 08:30am 4 May 2023 after we reported the matter to the Bloemfontein SAPS and got them to intervene and contact the owner in which case he switched his phone off...the dispatched bus only arrived at 13:30pm 4 May 2023 In this bus there was young babies as well this was just not fair...we got to JHB and were dropped of outside Park Station and I had paid to be taken to PTA that was my destination. We told that there bus had a trip to Zimbabwe we should get off...the gentleman who was told to take care of us was informed that he must give us money and we should find our way to the rank...in my group there was a lady with a baby on her back...we walked the streets of JHB for the first time in my life...A lot of people on that bus missed a day of work... people were starving and the owner could care less...The South African Consumer Act was disregarded in so many ways and I want Delta coaches to be banished from South Africa as it disrespects the laws of this country and it's people.
