Bus, more like a taxi station

How do you turn a 16 hour trip into a 22 hour trip, our driver started acting like it's a taxi and started picking complete strangers up on a already crowded bus, we where pushed into a no name bus and basically got treated like kids, extremely rude drivers, it's funny how you say no refunds, is it so you can treat everyone like ****, bus said 7pm-11pm but drivers stopped ever five minutes, basically we toke a taxi to Capetown, I expect a refund because I paid for 3 seats and basically had to share 1 seat with my family, I dont care if its non refundable, I want my money back or I'm taking legal action for theft of money, and the kind of ****** is not even a joke, usless to it's full potential
