Bus didn't arrive

Ohh I regret ever booking with them, how is it that they are still operating?

Booked the bus on Friday 07/02 for today 09/02, they sent an SMS saying the buy would change locations and time of departure, the next thing they don't arrive at all.

And then they said the bus would depart on 10/02/25

They don't care how you get home and none of their numbers are going through and not to mention their emails, diabolical and I am very angry right now.

I would like to get my refund.
