BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I am VERY UPSET AND DISGUSTED BY THIS BUS COMPANY! I want my refund. My bus was set to leave at 16:20. It delayed and we were sent a message that it would arrive around 7. It arrived 19:40. My bus was from East London to Cape Town and I was supposed to be dropped off in Pletternberg Bay. The drivers said they were not going to do that and they didn’t know the bus I was taking. They didn’t even want to look at my ticket. Furthermore, the stated that if I want to leave I must get on the bus and they will drop me in Cape Town then I must get a bus back to Pletternberg Bay. This made absolutely no sense. The bus did not even stay for 10 minutes. I watched the bus leave me in East London. I went to their offices and the people working there looked like they did not even know what they are doing, as if they were just decor there to make it seem like it’s a legit company. The lady said “she’s see when she has time to send an email for me to get a refund”. Why couldn’t she send an email right in front of me? Computicket itself don’t seem to have communication with Delta as. ALL the numbers I was given do not go through. One doesn’t exist.

R755 to watch the bus decide to no longer pass my stop and watched it leave me behind causing me to miss work on Monday!!!!
