Bad service no communication

I booked Delta bus coaches from Aliwal North to Pretoria, I was to travel on the 29th June at @18H00 and arrive at 06H30 in Pretoria. I already booked a bus from Pretoria to Polokwane at @08H20. From 18H00 to 23H00 there was no sign of the bus and no communication. They only contacted me past 3 am they are now in Aliwal North. I forfeited the ticket from Pretoria to Polokwane as I was helped by AMP to Johannesburg. I wish I had gone through the reviews before getting excited that there is a bus leaving early in Aliwal North, I will NEVER BOOK DELTA BUS COACH AGAIN.
