BAD SERVICE FROM DELTA COACHES

I wouldnt recommend this bus to anyone! I paid R1040 for a trip to CPT from Pretoria on the 5th of February 2023. The bus was supposed to leave at 4pm but it was delayed 5 hrs, and no communication was sent to us. A bus which is totally different from the bus i booked arrived to pick us up. The state of the bus was so poor, the charghing ports were not working, the chairs were broken and tired with a rope (i have pictures), there ****roaches....and to top it off, the bus got stuck in Bloemfontein for like +3hrs. I was supposed to be in CPT at 11:30 am on Tuesday but instead arrived at 12:00 am on Wednesday.
