Bad service

I paid a straight trip but we had to wait two hours at Queens Town for an exchange. Also the bus that collected us at the bus port in JHB was exchanged in Booysen this tells one trip three buses. We arrived at Queens Town at 4:40 till now at 6:58 still no show of the next bus.
