Bad service

My friend is travelling with them from Umthatha to Jhb as I share this. 1st the bus took forever to leave Umthatha. When we it go to Tugela in KZN buses were switched the people travelling to Joburg were put on a broken bus now they are stark on the side of the free way. No respect for the clients whatsoever!!!! I am so disgusted right now😡
