Bad service

I used this bus twice and both times they were late. On Friday the bus was supposed to leave PTA @5pm, they made us wait. When a bus finally came, there was an overload, people we standing.. When we arrived at Park station in Jozi, they were no busses and we waited for like 4 Hours in coldness.
