Bad service and it must be removed from transportation

The service is so bad. We booked a bus from Queenstown to Johannesburg on the 08th October for 18h00, we were told our bus is canceled due to weather at 18h20. While we had people coming far, grannies and kids had to sleep at the garage as they didn't have any plans on how to go back home and come back the following day. The following day bus came at 18h30 and we had to fight for us to be allowed to get inside the bus. The bus was dirty with ****roaches everywhere. This bus must definitely be removed from operating. The busses doesn't even have disc's, they do overloads and ask for bribes while you have ticket.
