Bad service,

I booked the bus from Joburg to Mtata the bus was not available on that monday of the 30/01/2023 they sent the SMS that the bus is not available I had to take a taxi to Mtata because I had to be at home on tuesday all I want is my money bcz I didn't use their services and it was not my fault.I called them,sent emails nothing
