bad service

my 16yr old that always travels from jhb to capetown during school holidays is no where to be found , bus is stuck in the middle of nobody knows he was supposed to be in capetown at 11am he left johannesburg at 7pm 15th January it is the 16th now at 8pm my son is not at home in capetown this service is not on it sucks
