Bad service

I am not happy at all, what I want is my money back unreliable bus ever with bad customer service and rude, I booked a bus from Capetown to Johannesburg departure was 13:20 10/09/25 and arrival time was 6:30 11/09/25 this bus was delayed with 7hrs I only find out 1hr before original departure time I had to buy another ticket because it was a huge inconvenience for me as I had meeting with at 7am and they refuse to refund my money back
