Bad Service

DELTA does not respect their clients, bad experience, we waited for a bus that was late for four hours the bus was scheduled for departure on 16h10 Friday 11/04/25 bus only departed 19h45, with no communication, the staff was rude and unorganized. When the bus actually arrive the bus kept dying along the way. I was suppose to arrive in Pretoria sutarday 09h45am but arrived in Pretoria sutarday 21h00 pm. DELTA must consider doing local not long travel, their services are useless including the buses and staff. Very unprofessional.
