Bad service

Dear Delta Coaches

I hope this message finds you well I am a passenger on one of your coaches travelling from Pretoria to Cape Town. The bus was scheduled to depart at 1100hrs unfortunately the where delays to 17:05hrs which turned out to be 17:30. 1) you overload your coaches with people - we had people standing from Johannesburg to capetown that to in a bus that is malfunctioning. 2) your crew is rude 3) we spent over 45hrs on route to capetown from Pretoria, we try to communicate with the executives which turns out in vein as they are smarter than the rest of us. 4)you do not communicate 5)you left the passengers stranded without transportation You risked our lives and upon doing so you left us stranded

With that said I am expecting a full refund from delta coaches failure to do will result in further actions.
