Bad experience with Delta coaches

I travelled to Capetown with Delta Coaches on the 1st of December 2023 grom Pretoria and l had a very bad experience with this bus ,it did not catch time and also arriving time even on arrival, They change the bus 3times not sure the reason for that as there was not good communication, at Colesburg we were given a smaller bus while were on a 3 seater bus and got 2 seater ended seating on the passage because it was too full.on my return on the 11th of December 2023 departure time was 16.10pm when l arrived at their offices was told bus is delaying coming at 9pm l asked why l wasnt called to be notified was given silly excuses and they dont even care about customer's feelings. I had to buy a ticket for Intercape Bus so that l go since l had an emergency meeting the following day .l tried to reach the offices again via emails so that they changed my ticket to a voucher but their response was you can use that ticket again and l cant use it again 😔 because of their bad experience. I will never use Delta Coaches.
