Bad customer service

I took delta coaches from Cape Town to mthatha, the bus got stuck in Graaif Reneit at 4am apparently the water pipe was broken we tried to reach out to delta managers they are not picking of our calls, the saddest part is that we are going to funerals in Eastern cape so we already missed the funeral service, its been 6hours since we got stuck without any communication.
