Bad bus service

Bad service.We where 8 hours delay.. We had 3 broken busses to take us to cape town from Johannesburg park station... 4 times of weighing of the bus and it faild of overloading..we had almost 2 big accidentspf the driver falling asleep.this bus service must go offthe market.and I request a full refund..
