Firstly- I need an option for ZERO star rating because Delta coaches is just THAT appalling.

Terrible service. When leaving JHB, the bus was supposed to leave at 19:05 but we only left at 23:40. The excuse was that there’s loadshedding, that’s why they were late. I don’t know how loadshedding affects highway traffic

Secondly, the bus from JHB to Cape Town took a total of 22 hours because, and I quote, “The bus has a suspension malfunction” meanwhile the return bus left CPT at 16:10 but arrived in JHB at 15:50 the next day. How is spending 24 hours on a bus to CPT even normal???

Lastly - the driver/staff is very unprofessional. They don’t update the passengers of any delays or mishaps regarding the bus. It took the full might of the passengers to get the driver to explain what the problem was. Even so - his response was rather unsatisfactory!

I’ve had enough with this company and after 3 return trips between JHB and CPT the was only one time that the trip was TOLERABLE (and I use this term loosely) one time out of the 6 times I took this bus. EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS ALWAYS MORE THAN ONE ISSUE. Their buses are not frequently serviced OR NOT AT ALL. Both my buses to and from CPT could barely accelerate to 60km/h. The staff is rude. The drivers are even worse.
