A service trip straight from hell

The worst nightmare and risk of lives a horrible unreliable and disastrous service. This bus service must be closed with immediate effect and all employees must be sent home because they don't even seem South African. They do not communicate only when they charge you extra money for luggage which is not even above the prescribed kilos.
