A real Jet2holiday experience 👎

My friends and I took a bus from Park station to Cape Town, bus was 2 hours late we were supposed to leave at 7pm the bus came at 9pm. Bus was in bad condition, broken windows and emergency exit on the roof kept flying open and in our luck it started raining. No communication and no one weighed our bags, was hardly even space for our bags. Bus got stuck at three sisters apparently the fan belt snapped, no communication until everyone started complaining and then the police arrived out of nowhere, we had to get out the bus because it was a ****** bus, no proper number plates, we waited the whole day for a other bus and we were supposed to arrive at 11am. The absolute worst experience, couldn’t reach delta couches up until now and no refund or compensation
