A disappointed customer 😭

I'm so disappointed in delta coaches and for the facts they don't take Gauteng passengers serious it's even worse . I traveled using this bus on the 5th of May 2025 from Pretoria firstly our bus was supposed to come by 5pm but it was an hour late, then when it came we were told that we will change at park station right ? Okay fine we reach park Station they said the bus is going to Capetown and I had to get into another bus since well I was going to East London ,now my problem is that the bus that was going to Capetown was so clean ,was warm and their seats are comfortable and you can rest well on them but we got changed to a completely different bus the bus was dirty, was cold and their seats were so straight and small that if you are seating you can't do anything else because there's no space . As if that was not enough

I traveled back to pretoria on the 15th of May 2025 from East london at least the bus wasn't that late , it was so warm , also had comfortable seats and was so clean . We were told that we will change at Queenstown okay fine ,when we got to Queenstown we were told that bus is going to Capetown since we were mixed again , only to find the worst bus ever .There was no order when we got to that bus like there was no one controlling people on the line so it was a mess , the bus was so cold that you would think the snow fell on our bus , the seats were so uncomfortable and some seats were damaged and the bus was so dirty shame

You can do better Delta coaches we are your customers and you must treat us equally whether we are from Gauteng, Capetown or Mthatha .
