18 hour trip turned into a 3 day trip

They don't even deserve a star. My bus was scheduled to leave at 13:20 from Cape Town to Johannesburg, then it was delayed to 18:00. The bus only traveled for only two hours then it was stuck for 5 hours due to not having enough fuel. From 20:45 to 02:25 we where waiting for someone to bring diesel to us. We arrived at Beaufort west and the bus impounded due to it not having a permit. We where stuck for 12 hours at the impounded station with no communication from Delta. Every single number on the ticket did not go through. The Company didn't even bother to get us water. At this point our bus was delayed for longer than 18 hours, and nothing was done by Delta for us. The nearest place to bus food and water was 50 minutes walk away in the wilderness. Then finally they sent another bus was sent to pick us up and it did have any windows or air-conditioning. The bus was then stopped by the Traffic officers and it turned out the disk on this bus belongs to another bus. A total nightmare! I arrived in Jhb Monday at 15:30. And the people who were going to Pretoria where stuck again cause the bus was out of fuel again. Delta Coaches is not supposed to be allowed to operate and carry people.
