Disgusting Service

Delta cab is a shuttle service, when i booked a shuttle to collect myself and 10 other colleagues from our year end party, they confirmed that all is well and even gave me pricing and advise that we will be collected at 10pm by a driver with a 10 seater bus, she gave me his name and cell phone number just so that i can call him if he were running late. at about 8pm i receive a call from delta cab who advises that i should make alternate arrangements as they cannot assist. i am utterly disgusted by that kind of service as we now had to run around and find a replacement at that hour which is not an easy task especially during the festive season.
