Wake up Delta Airlines

Delta airlines has to be the worst airline I have ever travelled with. They lost my luggage coming in from London, had to wait for over an hour at JFK before a Delta representative could help us, and when she finally arrived she was so rude. I have been trying to contact them for the past 8 hours and of course I have been on hold each time... it’s really sad and disappointing to see how you treat your customers. I genuinely enjoy traveling but they make it very annoying and unpleasant.
