Don't Fly Delta!!!!

I flew Delta from Atlanta to Johannesburg via Capetown. 3rd day in Johannesburg now and my bags are still in Atlanta, nobody is updating me, and there is absolutely no movement. One bag is expected to come tomorrow but I must arrange to fetch it from the airport... totally ridiculous, and the other is still left in Atlanta.
