Bad treatment

my son is 17 years old and was travelling on a delta airline that returned midway to south africa on 18 December 2022. He is left alone and without any guidance and assistance on how to proceed. He was not provided with a hotel voucher and is now being turned away at the hotel.

How can anyone leave a minor without proper guidance to fend for himself. This is shocking appalling treatment
