Bad Customer Service from Delta Airlines

It is with a heavy heart that I am posting about the disgraceful treatment regarding Customer Service from Delta Airlines. My bag was offloaded on 18 May along with numerous other bags. I had to navigate a business trip with 4 events and no business clothes. Delta agreed to compensate for the business clothes but over 30 days later, after the bags went missing nothing had been compensated. My bag was returned after the trip, and 7 days after I returned home. A further 14 days later I have received an email saying they are dealing with it. I am so disappointed Delta.
