DELSEY SA

I am very disappointed in the service that Delsey SA has given me on two accounts. I have a brand new bag that was purchased in February 2019. After using it just once, it had a huge dent which is unacceptable given it is one of the more expensive DELSEY cases. I sent a message to DELSEY to inform them that the bag will need to be replaced. A lady called Manisha called me back. She was rather rude and insulting. She went on to ask me if the bag dented itself. This is actually the second time that I had a problem with DElsey and with Manisha. Delsey is an international brand and unfortunately the company that deals with DELSEY in SA is giving huge problems. I just need my bag replaced. I will never buy DELSEY luggage again because of the terrible service.
