Wonderful check in suitcases, right size and lightweight for overseas trips. However; it has become unbearable with castors coming off with almost every trip. Apart from the inconvenience abroad is the added frustration back home of having to wait weeks for the repair via the local Fraser's agent. As a frequent flyer this is unacceptable.
