Delsey cases are cheap *******

Bought a delsey hard case at Frasers cresta in Jan 2020 with a 5 year warranty. In Jan 2022 they couldn’t repair the case anymore and gave me a downgraded Delsey soft case as a replacement. It lasted one trip and now they refuse to repair or replace it
